Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Boredsy, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Permitted use
Boredsy is provided for personal, lawful use. You may not interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to bypass its security controls, use automated systems in a way that disrupts the service, or use Boredsy to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Games and informational tools
Games and puzzles are provided for entertainment. Scores, random selections, and generated challenges do not have monetary value.
The U.S. Debt Clock displays official Treasury records and a separately labeled illustrative estimate. The estimate is not an official government figure, financial advice, or a prediction of the next Treasury report.
Ownership
Boredsy’s original site design, software, text, and interactive experiences are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, resell, or redistribute Boredsy content except as allowed by law.
External services
Boredsy may link to or use data from third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and attribution.
Availability and disclaimers
Boredsy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue experiences at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the site will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Boredsy and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the site.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after revised terms are published means you accept the updated terms.
